By using our JIRA ticketing system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of service in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We strive to protect your personal data and maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide to us.
In general, tickets and any information contained therein are kept for the duration of the project and for 12 months thereafter to support maintenance queries (legitimate interest). Additionally, we maintain log files for 12 months to trace any malicious use of the service (legitimate interest). These log files may contain personal data, including email and IP addresses. After this period, we either delete this data or anonymize it using JIRA functionality.
